The Acorn

Its only Sunday, but its seem like an eternity since I saw this show… and that was only Thursday night. Anyway, it was the first time I’d been to the Night Light. Its a hole in the wall, but an interesting one. Books all over the place… vinyl records too. Never been to a club that sold pound cake and brownies (good too).

Doom Bunny opened. It was like two generations of band mates… one older, one younger. I would have bought a CD if one had been available.

Even though there was a small crowd — exam week is never a good time — the Acorn did a great job. I would say the set was somewhere between 7 to 10 songs, but all were excellent. I did grab their CD (they deserved it).

If they come your way, definitely go see them. Pictures are here.
