Digging through the vinyl for Elvis Costello

This is one of the more interesting packaging jobs of the period (and for today for that matter).  It’s Elvis Costello and the Attractions with Armed Forces.  It’s the British release, as opposed to the U.S. release which came in a standard sleeve using the inside graphics of this one for the outer jacket jacket (see the Amazon link for what I mean).

I’ve long ago forgotten the proper way to fold it up. And I’d also forgotten about the individual cards (last image) of each band member.
